A couple of months ago I ran into an old friend of mine at the post office. After we caught up a bit, she handed me her business card and stated that she wanted to talk to me about her business. When I looked at her card there were a few things on there that immediately said to me that she was an amatuer and I, like most people, like dealing with experts and leaders. If you are going to succeed in this business, you have to become an expert and leader. To become the expert, you have to brand yourself just like the big boys do. So today, I had a discussion with a friend of mine. She looked at the business that I am building and said, “it looks nice, but it looks like a pyramid to me”.
